Under the authority of the Municipalities Act

and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act

, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

Schedule

Beginning at a point, that point being located on the northernmost shoreline of Mistaken Pond and having a military grid reference of 989839;

Then south 36 east a distance of 6,000 metres, more or less;

Then due west a distance of 6,200 metres, more or less, to a point on the western limit of the right-of-way of Route 460;

Then due north a distance of 4,900 metres, more or less;

Then due east a distance of 2,700 metres, more or less, to the point of beginning.

All bearings refer to grid north and as with distances given are subject to approximation.
