Chapter 3 of the Acts of 1996, the Adoption Information Act, is pleased to amend the Adoption Information Regulations made by Order in Council 97-4 dated January 7, 1997, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on, from and after May 19, 1999.
