Order in Council 536/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Nicola Mulima was reappointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of three years, effective December 22, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 1470/2023;

And

whereas Nicola Mulima tendered her resignation effective April 1, 2024;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Order in Council O.C. 1470/2023 be revoked effective April 1, 2024.
