Section 14 is amended by striking out "February 28, 2011"

and substituting "February 28, 2012".

Section 17 is amended

a) in subsections (2) and (3) by striking out "6

consecutive years" and substituting "9 consecutive

years";

(

b) by repealing subsections (4) and (5).

Marketing of Agricultural Products Act

SUGAR BEET MARKETING PLAN AMENDMENT REGULATION

section 23 of the Marketing of Agricultural

Products Act.

1 The Sugar Beet Marketing Plan Regulation (AR 275/97) is

amended by this Regulation.

Section 19 is amended by renumbering it as

section

19(1) and by adding the following after subsection (1):

(2) A member of the Board may serve not more than 9 consecutive

years.

(3) If an individual serves for 9 consecutive years as a member of

the Board, that individual is not eligible to serve again as a member

of the Board until one year has expired following the expiry of that

individual's last term.

Gaming and Liquor Act

GAMING AND LIQUOR AMENDMENT REGULATION

section 129 of the Gaming and Liquor Act.

1 The Gaming and Liquor Regulation (AR 143/96) is

amended by this Regulation.

Section 34.2 is amended by adding the following after

subsection (2):

(3) Subsections (1) and (2) do not apply with respect to a person

who is enrolled in a self-exclusion program if the person enters into

and remains in the licensed facility or licensed premises as a

requirement of paid employment.

(4) In this section, "self-exclusion program" means the Casino and

Racing Entertainment Centre Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program

administered by the Commission.
