OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated January 19, 2026, and pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 97 of the Acts of Nova Scotia, 1986,
An Act to Establish the Shubenacadie Canal Commission , and
Section 18 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act , hereby revokes the appointment of Donald Connor of Halifax Regional Municipality as a member of the Shubenacadie Canal Commission made by Order in Council 2025-359 dated December 4, 2025, effective February 5, 2026.
