Order in Council 663/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portions of highway in the Township of Warwick, in the County of Lambton, in the Geographic Township of Warwick, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation being:

part of Lots 15 and 16, Concessions 1 and 2, South of Egremont Road, shown as Parts 5 and 6 on a plan of survey deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Lambton as Plan 25R-323 (Ministry of Transportation Plan P-4086-16), and

part of Lots 21 and 22, Concessions 1 and 2, South of Egremont Road, shown as Parts 6 and 7 on a plan of survey deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Lambton as Plan 25R-327 (Ministry of Transportation Plan P-4086-19),

be transferred to The Corporation of the Township of Warwick, and be vested in and under the jurisdiction and control of The Corporation of the Township of Warwick on and after the day on which this Order is approved, pursuant to subsection 29(4) of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act , R.S.O. 1990,
