OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated February 12, 2003, pursuant to
Section 16 of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the granting of a right of way with respect to Crown land at Queensland, Halifax County, at the approximate location shown marked in red on the plan marked
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to Christene Heather Hirschfeld and Austin Parsons, both of Queensland, Halifax County, their heirs and assigns, for the consideration of $1000.00, and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
