OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia dated January 6, 2015, and pursuant to
Section 25O of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to, effective January 14, 2015: (
a) revoke the appointment of Cameron MacNeil as Provincial Tax Commissioner; and (
b) appoint Scott Farmer as Provincial Tax Commissioner.
