, I designate the area generally known as the Middle Pond Water Supply Area

for the Town of

Charlottetown

as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Cartwright-LAnse au Clair abutted and bounded as follows:

Beginning at a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 556,465 metres and northing 5,846,696 metres;

Then running in a westerly direction for a distance of 1,975 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 554,517 metres and northing 5,847,022 metres;

Then running in a northerly direction for a distance of 703 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 554,755 metres and northing 5,847,683 metres;

Then running in a easterly direction for a distance of 1121 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 555,876 metres and northing 5,847,687 metres;

Then running in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 1,171 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 556,913 metres and northing 5,848,230 metres;

Then running in a easterly direction for a distance of 1,244 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 558,122 metres and northing 5,847,939 metres;

Then running in a southerly direction for a distance of 1,300 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 558,460 metres and northing 5,846,684 metres;

Then running in a southerly direction for a distance of 415 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 558,380 metres and northing 5,846,277 metres;

Then running in a southwesterly direction for a distance of 928 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 557,717 metres and northing 5,845,628 metres;

Then running in a westerly direction for a distance of 1,589 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 556 185 metres and northing 5,845,206 metres;

Then running in a westerly direction for a distance of 561 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting

555,625 metres and northing 5,845,234 metres;

Then running in a northwesterly direction for a distance of 737 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 554,967 metres and northing 5,845,565 metres;

Then running in a northerly direction for a distance of 423 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 554,843 metres and northing 5,845,969 metres;

Then running in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 1,777 metres, more or less, to the point of commencement.

All coordinates refer to Zone 21 of the NAD 27 Universal Transverse Mercator Projection.
