CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Surrogate Court Act (Assented to June 18, 1991) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title1 This Act may be cited as The Surrogate Court Amendment Act, 1991 . R.S.S. 1978, c.S-66 amended The Surrogate Court Act is amended in the manner set forth in this Act.

Section amended3 The following clause is added after clause 2(c): Arules of courtA(c.1) `rules of court' means the rules of court: (

i) made pursuant to this Act; or (ii) made pursuant to the authority to make rules respecting the Surrogate Court for Saskatchewan in The Queen's Bench Act@.

Section amended4 Subsection 5(1) is repealed.

Section amended

Section is amended by adding Aof court@ after Arules@ wherever it appears.

Section amended Subsection 93(2) is amended by striking out Amade under this Act@.

Section repealed

Section is repealed. Coming into force8 This Act comes into force on the day of assent.
