B.C. Reg. 58/2007, deposited March 15, 2007, pursuant to the EMPLOYMENT AND ASSISTANCE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES ACT [Section 26]. Order in Council 145/2007, approved and ordered March 14, 2007.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective April 1, 2007, the Employment and Assistance for Persons with Disabilities Regulation, B.C. Reg. 265/2002, is amended in accordance with the attached Appendix.
