OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated February 3, 2016, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376, of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to, effective February 16, 2016, approve the Attorney General and Minister of Justice entering into an amended Project Funding Agreement for fiscal years 2011-2012, 2012-2013, 2013-2014, 2014-2015 and 2015-2016 between Nova Scotia and Canada regarding Nova Scotia’s Victim Services Project activities respecting a project entitled “Enhancement of Services to Victims of Crime in Nova Scotia”, in the form set out in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, or in a form of agreement to like form and effect.
