OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries dated February 28, 2001, pursuant to subsections 5(1) and (2) of

Chapter 117 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Dairy Commission Act, is pleased to repeal the Nova Scotia Dairy Industry Advisory Committee established by Order in Council 89-1276 dated November 7, 1989, and its Terms of Reference established by Order in Council 89-1276 dated November 7, 1989, amended by Order in Council 94-329 dated April 19, 1994, Order in Council 97-57 dated January 21, 1997, and Order in Council 1999-504 dated October 13, 1999, to come into force on, from and after April 1, 2001.
