THEREFORE HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as follows:

PAR CONSÉQUENT, SA MAJESTÉ, sur l'avis et du consentement de l'Assemblée législative du Manitoba, édicte :

Transportation arrangement continued

1 Notwithstanding any provisions of The Public Schools Act , the transportation arrangements existing in The Assiniboine North School Division No. 2 on January 1, 1969 shall not be reduced unless, in the opinion of the board of trustees of The St. James-Assiniboia School Division No. 2, the need for transportation in a particular area no longer exists.
