Section 34 of
Chapter 345 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Pipeline Act, is pleased to make regulations respecting land acquisition in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, such regulations to be effective on, from and after September 16, 1998.
