OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated March 30, 1999, pursuant to clause 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the issuance of a grant or deed by the Minister of Natural Resources to convey a parcel of Crown land containing an area of approximately 16,000 square feet, situate at Cheticamp, Inverness County, and shown outlined in red on the plan marked

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to Cheticamp Boatbuilders Limited, a body corporate with head office at Cheticamp, Inverness County, for the consideration of approximately $4,000.00, with the exact amount to be determined by multiplying the value of $0.25 per square foot by the square footage of the said parcel of Crown land as determined by survey, and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purpose of this Order.
