Order in Council 465/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portions of highway in the Township of Zealand (Unorganized), in the District of Kenora, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, and shown as

Part 3 on Ministry Plan P-2109-96 deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Kenora as Plan KR999, saving and excepting

Part 3 on Ministry Plan P-2109-104 deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Kenora as Plan 23R-4254, be closed pursuant to subsection 29(2) of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990,

chapter P.50 as amended.
