OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated March 9, 2000, pursuant to the Public Service Act, the
Interpretation Act, the Public Service Superannuation Act, the Civil Service Act and all other authority in him vested is pleased, effective March 3, 2000, to: (
a) appoint Michele M. McKenzie as Deputy Minister of Tourism and Culture; (
b) designate Michele M. McKenzie as a Deputy Head within the meaning of the Civil Service Act and direct that she shall receive all customary benefits associated with the position of Deputy Minister; (
c) designate Michele M. McKenzie to be and to have been an employee for the purposes of the Public Service Superannuation Act; and (
d) fix and determine the salary of Michele M. McKenzie to be paid at such rate as may be determined by the Priorities and Planning Committee in accordance with the Management Compensation Pay Plan approved from time to time by the Governor in Council.
