Order in Council 1835/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1775/2020, dated December 17, 2020, Raymond J. Lalande of Bourget was appointed as a member of The Nation Municipality Police Services Board for a term of three years effective December 17, 2020;

And

whereas Raymond J. Lalande has been elected to the municipal council;

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1775/2020, dated December 17, 2020, appointing Raymond J. Lalande as a member of The Nation Municipality Police Services Board, is hereby revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
