Order in Council 1299/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Keith Cooper of Toronto was reappointed as part-time vice-chair of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal by Order in Council O.C. 1584/2014.

Mr. Cooper submitted his resignation effective October 8, 2018.

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 174(1) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997 , Order in Council O.C. 1584/2014 is revoked effective October 8, 2018.
