OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated August 1, 2013, and pursuant to

Section 17A of

Chapter 367 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Parks Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to: (

a) grant an easement for the benefit of lands identified by PIDs 90296161 & 90153693 presently owned by Burton and Nettie Outhouse over approximately 0.2266 hectares of Crown land located at Port Maitland, Yarmouth County, which are outlined in bold on the plan marked

Schedule "A", which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, for the consideration of $274.20 plus an administration charge of $686.25 in addition to any further administration, legal, appraisal, survey, or other costs associated with the transaction; and (

b) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
