as a wellhead protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Grand Bank abutted and bounded as follows:

Beginning at a point having scaled UTM coordinates of northing 5,224,455 metres and easting 628,603 metres;

Then following an arc of 150 metre radius, with its centre being the Town of Winterland

Number 1 Well having UTM coordinates of northing 5,224,424 metres and easting 628,457 metres, clockwise to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of northing 5,224,383 metres and easting 628,312 metres;

Then running in a general north westerly direction to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of northing 5,224,491 metres and easting 628,286 metres;

Then following an arc of 150 metre radius, with its centre being the Town of Winterland

Number 2 Well having UTM coordinates of northing 5,224,523 metres and easting 628,433 metres, clockwise to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of northing 5,224,563 metres and easting 628,577 metres;

Then running in a general south easterly direction to the point of commencement.

All coordinates refer Zone 21 of the NAD 83 Universal Transverse Mercator Projection.
