Order in Council 1482/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(2) and sections 3 and 4 of the Ontario Northland Transportation Commission Act , R.S.O. 1990,

Chapter O.32,

Alan Spacek, of Moonbeam

be appointed as Commissioner and designated as Chair of the Ontario Northland Transportation Commission, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three (3) months, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further , Orders in Council numbered O.C. 414/2021 and 571/2021 are hereby revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
