Order in Council 1138/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1536/2016, dated October 19, 2016, Dr. Allison Diane Edgecombe was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

And

Whereas Dr. Allison Diane Edgecombe has, in writing, resigned her appointment as a Coroner for Ontario, effective April 3, 2017;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1536/2016, dated October 19, 2016, appointing Dr. Allison Diane Edgecombe as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
