Statute: Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated April 24, 2018, and pursuant to Sections 3, 4 and 6 of

Chapter 7 of the Acts of 2005, the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission Act, is pleased to: (

a) appoint Janet MacMillan of Halifax Regional Municipality (Tantallon) as a member of the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission for a term of three years commencing June 5, 2018; (

b) re-appoint William Book of Halifax Regional Municipality (Porters Lake) as a member of the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission for a term of three years commencing June 5, 2018; and (

c) order that Janet MacMillan and William Book be remunerated for their services in the amount of $3,600.00 per year and be reimbursed for reasonable expenses actually incurred in fulfilling their duties as members of the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission, provided that any such reimbursement does not exceed that normally payable to members of the civil service.
