OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Advisory Council on the Status of Women dated March 1, 2012, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister responsible for the Advisory Council on the Status of Women to enter into an agreement with Status of Women Canada, in the form set out in
Schedule "A", attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
