OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Communities, Culture, Tourism and Heritage dated September 29, 2023, and pursuant to
Section 10 of
Chapter 254 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Libraries Act , and
Section 18 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act , hereby revokes the appointment of Michelle Smith of Cape Dauphin, Victoria County, as a member of the Cape Breton Regional Library Board made by Order in Council 2021-148 dated May 27, 2021, effective October 24, 2023.
