Order in Council 1630/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Shu-Tai Cheng was appointed as full-time member of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective May 7, 2020, by Order in Council O.C. 739/2020;

And

whereas Shu-Tai Cheng tendered his resignation effective July 4, 2020;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal Act, 2017 , Order in Council O.C. 739/2020 be revoked effective July 4, 2020.
