OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries dated November 7, 2002, and pursuant to

Section 10 of

Chapter 24 of the Acts of 2000, the Dairy Industry Act, is pleased to approve the making by the Natural Products Marketing Council of regulations respecting interprovincial milk quota in the form set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after January 16, 2003.
