OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated July 20, 2004, and pursuant to Sections 184 and 184A of
Chapter 10 of the Acts of 1994, the Workers' Compensation Act is pleased, effective April 2, 2004, to: (
a) repeal the Functional Restoration (Multi-Faceted Pain Services) Program Regulations, N.S. Reg. 57/96, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 96-207 dated March 26, 1996; and (
b) make regulations respecting the compensation for chronic pain in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
