I, Mark Messmer, Chief Gold Commissioner, Ministry of Energy, Mines and Low Carbon Innovation, order that

(

a) the reserve for minerals and placer minerals established by B.C. Reg. 289/2001 is cancelled and B.C. Reg. 289/2001 is repealed,

(

b) the reserve for minerals and placer minerals established by B.C. Reg. 403/2004 is cancelled and B.C. Reg. 403/2004 is repealed,

(

c) the Mineral Land Reserve (No Mineral or Placer Claim Registrations) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 271/2007, is amended as set out in

section 1 of the attached Appendix, and

(

d) the Mineral Land Reserve (No Mineral Claim Registrations) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 71/2010, is amended as set out in

section 2 of the attached Appendix.
