B.C. Reg. 119/2009 , deposited March 13, 2009, pursuant to the PROTECTED AREAS OF BRITISH COLUMBIA (CONSERVANCIES AND PARKS) AMENDMENT ACT, 2008 [Section 14]. Order in Council 212/2009, approved and ordered March 12, 2009.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that section (9) (

a) of the Protected Areas of British Columbia (Conservancies and Parks) Amendment Act, 2008 , S.B.C. 2008, c. 26, insofar as it establishes the Broughton Archipelago Conservancy, the Burdwood Group Conservancy and the Polkinghorne Islands Conservancy, is brought into force.
