Order in Council 1785/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Vajahat Banday was appointed as councillor of the Council of the Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario for a fixed term of two years, effective June 6, 2019, by Order in Council O.C. 879/2019;

And

whereas Vajahat Banday tendered his resignation effective November 13, 2019;

Therefore, pursuant to clause 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 3(2)(

b) of the Professional Engineers Act , Order in Council O.C. 879/2019 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
