Order in Council 1622/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , Amanda Marshall of Fort Erie be reappointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of five years, effective January 7, 2026.
