OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Petroleum Directorate dated September 29, 2000, and pursuant to

Section 44 of

Chapter 345 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Pipeline Act, is pleased to amend the Pipeline Regulations (Nova Scotia) made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 1998-452 dated September 16, 1998, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after October 26, 2000.
