OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of the Public Service Commission dated February 20, 2013, and pursuant to

Article 6 of the Trust Agreement dated the 1st day of May, 1985, entered into between Her Majesty the Queen in the Right of the Province of Nova Scotia and the Nova Scotia Government Employees Union, as amended by Agreement dated November 10, 2004, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Jane Fraser made by Order in Council 2011-33 dated January 25, 2011; (

b) appoint Geoffrey Gatien as a Trustee of the Nova Scotia Public Service Long Term Disability Plan Trust Fund, to serve the remaining unexpired term of Jane Fraser, effective March 26, 2013, and expiring January 25, 2014, on the terms and conditions of the Trust Agreement as amended; and (

c) appoint Geoffrey Gatien as Trustee of the Nova Scotia Public Service Long Term Disability Plan Trust Fund, for an initial term of three years, effective January 26, 2014, on the terms and conditions of the Trust Agreement as amended.
