OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated September 4, 2007, and pursuant to Sections 66 and 110 of
Chapter 1 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Environment Act, is pleased, effective on and after September 7, 2007, to (
a) repeal the Well Construction Regulations, N.S. Reg. 58/95, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 95-297 dated April 11, 1995; and (
b) make new regulations respecting well construction in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
