MCFARLAND First Reading Second Reading Committee of the Whole Third Reading Royal Assent Title: 1994 (23rd, 2nd) Bill 230, Liquor Control Amendment Act, 1994 Bill Mr. McFarland BILL LIQUOR CONTROL AMENDMENT ACT, 1994 (Assented to , 1994) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Alberta, enacts as follows: 1 The Liquor Control Act is amended by this Act. 2

Section is amended (

a) by repealing subsection (

a) and substituting the following: (a) "adult" means a person who has attained the age of years; (

b) by repealing subsection (1)(

l) and substituting the following: (l) "minor" means a person who has not attained the age of years; 3 This Act comes into force on Proclamation. 1 Explanatory Notes Amends

chapter L-17 of the Revised Statutes of Alberta 1980. 2 Sections 1(
