OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Public Works dated March 29, 2022, and pursuant to Sections 9 and 10 of
Chapter 156 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Expropriation Act , is pleased to approve the expropriation by Her Majesty the Queen in Right of the Province of Nova Scotia of Parcels "6", "7", "8", "9", "10", and "11" located at or near Sutherlands Lake in Colchester and Cumberland Counties, Nova Scotia, being more particularly described in
Schedule "A" and shown on the plan marked
Schedule "B", which Schedules are attached to and form part of the Report and Recommendation, the expropriation being for the public purpose of the TransCanada Highway 104 Cobequid Pass Rest Area Project, Colchester & Cumberland Counties.
