Order in Council 1179/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 231/2021, dated March 4, 2021, Roydon T. Pelletier was appointed as a member of the City of Thunder Bay Police Services Board.

And

whereas Roydon T. Pelletier has, in writing, resigned this appointment;

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 231/2021, dated March 4, 2021, is hereby revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
