OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated November 4, 2014, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 430 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Small Claims Court Act , is pleased to, effective November 24, 2014: (
a) re-appoint A. Franceen Romney of Lunenburg, Lunenburg County and Brent Silver of Bridgewater, Lunenburg County as adjudicators of the Small Claims Court, each for a term of three years: and (
b) appoint Shawn O’Hara of Bridgewater, Lunenburg County and Andrew Nickerson of Yarmouth, Yarmouth County, as adjudicators of the Small Claims Court, each for a term of one year.
