OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister in charge of the administration of the Heritage Property Act dated May 9, 2019, pursuant to
Section 11 of
Chapter 199 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Heritage Property Act , hereby grants the application dated July 5, 2018 to substantially alter the Queen Anne Inn, a registered provincial heritage property located at 494 St. George Street, in the Town of Annapolis Royal, Annapolis County, as recommended by the Advisory Council on Heritage Property with the condition that professional architectural drawings to support this alteration are reviewed and accepted by staff.
