OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated June 28, 2021, and pursuant to Sections 13 and 15 of

Chapter 31 of the Acts of 2004, the Police Act , is pleased to: (

a) reappoint Jean McKenna of Halifax Regional Municipality (Porters Lake) as a member and designate her as Chair of the Nova Scotia Police Review Board for a term of three years commencing the latter of August 14, 2021; (

b) determine the remuneration of Jean McKenna as a member and Chair of the Nova Scotia Police Review Board to be $200 per meeting plus necessary expenses; (

c) appoint Peter Mancini, Q.C., of Halifax Regional Municipality (Dartmouth) as a member of the Nova Scotia Police Review Board for a term of three years commencing July 13, 2021; and (

d) determine the remuneration of Peter Mancini Q.C., as a member of the Nova Scotia Police Review Board to be $150 per meeting plus necessary expenses.
