OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism dated December 19, 2014, and pursuant to
Section 12 of
Chapter 5 of the Statutes of 1994-95, the Innovation Corporation Act , is pleased to: (
a) appoint Chris Huskilson of Halifax Regional Municipality (Wellington) as a member of the Board of Directors of Nova Scotia Innovation Corporation for a term of three (3) years, commencing on March 3, 2015; and (
b) authorize the reimbursement to Chris Huskilson of reasonable expenses incurred in carrying out his duties as a member of the Board of Directors of Nova Scotia Innovation Corporation.
