Order in Council 1243/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 4 of the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities Act , Order in Council O.C. 1142/2019 be revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is made;

And further, pursuant to

section 4 of the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities Act and subsection 76(2) of the Legislation Act, 2006 , Order in Council O.C. 1143/2019 be revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
