OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated March 20, 2018, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to, effective March 29, 2018, approve the Attorney General and Minister of Justice entering into a Funding Agreement from 2018-2023 between Nova Scotia and Canada to fund the Indigenous Courtwork Program, substantially in the form as set out in
Schedule “A”, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
