OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness and the Minister of Public Works dated October 10, 2024, and pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 197 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Health Services and Insurance Act , is pleased, effective on and after October 24, 2024, to approve the Minister of Health and Wellness making a grant or grants to the Nova Scotia Health Authority for the purposes of the redevelopment of the emergency department and the addition of a new renal dialysis unit, and the replacement of the nurse call system at the Cumberland Regional Health Care Centre.
