Order in Council 1940/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 70(2) of the Health Care Consent Act, 1996 ,

Glenn Stuart of Toronto

be reappointed as a part-time Lawyer member of the Consent and Capacity Board for a period of three years, effective November 4, 2017 to and including November 3, 2020.
