OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated June 7, 2007, pursuant to clause 19(

f) of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to amend Order in Council 2007-87, dated February 19, 2007, by adding the following two phrases to the end of

Schedule "A" of the Report and Recommendation: "THENCE South 66 degrees 27 minutes 13 seconds West 20.117 metres to the northwestern corner of the said lot; THENCE South 23 degrees 32 minutes 47 seconds East along the western boundary of the said lot 156.419 metres to the Point of Beginning."
