OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated November 9, 2009, and pursuant to subsection 56(2) of
Chapter 6 of the Acts of 2000, the Health Authorities Act, is pleased to approve the Health Services Business Plans for 2009/2010 of South West Nova District Health Authority; Annapolis Valley District Health Authority; Colchester East Hants Health Authority; Cumberland Health Authority; Pictou County Health Authority; Guysborough Antigonish Strait Health Authority; Cape Breton District Health Authority; Capital District Health Authority; and the Izaak Walton Killam Health Centre, effective on and after December 7, 2009.
